Terms of Service

1. Service and Operator

WizyeScout is an online software service operated by WIZYELAB PTE. LTD. (UEN 202605346M), a company registered in Singapore.

The service helps creators discover publicly available opportunities, assess relevance, prepare application materials, complete supported fields, manage application workflows, and draft follow-up communications.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access.

3. AI Assistance and Authorization

AI-generated content can contain errors and should be reviewed before use. An external application or message is submitted only with your approval or through a clearly disclosed, pre-authorized workflow that you may pause or revoke.

WizyeScout does not bypass CAPTCHA, identity checks, access controls, payment mechanisms, or third-party platform rules.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized activity; impersonate another person; submit false information; interfere with security; or use the service to violate a third-party platform's terms.

5. Third-Party Opportunities

WizyeScout is not an employer, recruiter, hiring agency, brand, or opportunity provider. We do not handle payments between creators and opportunity providers and are not a party to their agreements.

We do not guarantee an opportunity's legitimacy, availability, response, selection decision, payment, outcome, income, or suitability. Users must independently verify opportunities before sharing information or starting work.

6. Plans, Billing, and Renewal

Free is US$0. Pro is US$19 per month and Agent is US$49 per month. Paid subscriptions are charged in USD, renew automatically each month, and continue until canceled.

Plan allowances reset each billing period. Unused submissions have no stored monetary value, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and normally do not roll over.

See the Pricing page, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy for current details. Stripe processes payments; WizyeScout does not store full payment-card numbers.

7. Intellectual Property

WizyeScout and its software, design, and original content are owned by WIZYELAB PTE. LTD. or its licensors. You retain rights in content you provide and grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service for you.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, security risk, or harm to users, third parties, or the service.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any employment, collaboration, response, payment, or income result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WIZYELAB PTE. LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

10. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version and effective date on this page.
