How does billing work?

Pro and Agent are billed monthly in USD and automatically renew unless canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

What's the difference between AI-assisted and authorized automated submissions?

AI-assisted: WizyeScout prepares personalized application materials and helps complete supported fields. You review and authorize the submission.

Authorized automated: Agent-only feature. WizyeScout can submit or send an external message only when you have authorized the supported workflow. You can revoke authorization at any time.

What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep your current plan through the end of the month.
